Priprema: Sadržaj vrećice Tajna promiješajte sa 70 ml mlake vode i ostavite da stoji nekoliko minuta. Pripremljenoj Tajni dodajte dodajte 500g mljevenog mesa i dobro promiješajte. Od pripremljenog mesa oblikujete ćevape ili pljeskavice i pržite ih na roštilju ili tavi.Sastojci: Prezla/krušne mrvice (pšenično brašno), kuhinjska sol, soda bikarbona, suhi luk, šećer, poboljšivač okusa (Natrijev glutaminat) bijeli luk, biber. Najbolje upotrijebiti do: datum otisnut na rubu vrećice. Čuvati na suhom mjestu,na sobnoj temperaturi!
